Payment terms are 30% advance and 70% when your order is completed. We accept payment in USD and/or Euros by bank wire transfer only.

PROOF of FUNDS: Due to contractual agreement, the sources for these products require us to ascertain that potential clients are duly qualified and have the necessary funds available to proceed prior to your being placed in contact with them. Therefore we have been asked to pre-screen applicants. Please help us to help you in order to expedite your requirements.
 

Proof of funds can be in the form of a current bank statement showing you have sufficient funds accessible and ready to secure the product you inquire about. You can, naturally, white out your name or account number, as there is no need for us to have that information. You may wish to use a pen name as well.
 

BRIEF OUTLINE: A short summary as to why you require a 2nd citizenship and what your intentions are with it, i.e. use as a banking document, for traveling, residency purposes, etc. Full details will be provided by source once you are referred to them. However just a brief outline for referral purposes is all that’s needed at this point.
While we have taken great pains to research all programs and agencies, and while we believe every program featured on our site to be valid and bona fide and wouldn't recommend it. Under NO circumstances will our company be held liable for the performance of the procuring agencies. As it stands, we have always known all recommended procuring agencies to be 100% reliable and of absolute integrity in the past.
However, it is understood and agreed that we are merely brokering the contact, not the contract! Hence, any agreements undertaken with agencies will be the client's own responsibility. By sending us your preliminary details, referral fee and proof of funds, you unequivocally agree to these terms.
 

Note that we are bound by agreement not to divulge countries' names before receipt of positive proof of funds and our referral fee. We will refuse to reply to all inquiries not complying with these terms. If interested, please drop us a line so we can discuss the modalities.
